Bottle sampled at BAF at Cider Cider. Hazy very light golden with no head. Some sweet apple juice, lots of dry apple peel and dry cellar. Soft funk. Light sweet and very light bitter. Light bodied and very dry.

Sampled from bottle from CiderCider at Kaapse BAF 2016. Hazy golden with no head. Apple and appleskin, yellow apples. Light moss. Light sweet, over medium bitter. Under medium body, very dry texture. Almond dry and fruity nutty finish. 750ml bottle at Thally DC. Pours a lightly hazy gold with some thin, white head. Nose has a lot of funk. Whoa. Plenty of dirty diaper, even a little more than my Mrs could stand, cheesy, apple too, some straw as well, some white grape. Thankfully, the flavor has less of those fecal notes, some diaper and funk, buttery oak, tart apples, apple skins, straw, mild herbs, some cheese. Dry finish. If you like funky ciders, find this.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. 2011 bottle. Cloudy yellow with some white foam. Nice juicy apples aroma with wood, a sulphury note and a funky hint. Sourish woody flavor with apples, leaves the mouth very dry. Very nice and refreshing.
