big frothy of white head. Pitch black color. Semi sweet nose but coffee and roasted malts are a bit subdued (too cold?). The palate is amazing. Low carbonation, massive coffee and roasted malt character. Lots of green peppers. Super smooth.
Alcohol not remotely noticeable. Amazing depth. A true work of art and as good as the original

Glass at the brewery. Big hef glass, burnt orange, white head. Estery nose, way more yeast than smoke, some bubblegum and malt. Flavors follow. It's earthy and malty but way overwhelmed by the yeast. Oily finish. Meh. 6 3 6 3 10

Can from The Beerhive. Black body with ruby highlights and a thick tan head that slowly fades. Pours like a nitro beer but I don’t think it is. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of copper, charred wood and flat coke. Flavour of Worcestershire sauce, chocolate, toast and a sharp, berry-like finish. Medium to full body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Full flavoured and high quality.

Dimpled mug pours a clear orange with a big cap of white head. Nose has bread and malt and honey. Some brioche. Flavor is doughy, brioche, some yeast and malt. Creamy finish. Straight up but well made.

Pint at the brewery, clear orange with tons of creamy white head. Nose is excellent, bready and dough and honey and simple flowers. Nice lick of bitterness then all the grainy and bready notes. Creamy, off dry finish. Really good.

beautiful deep golden color. Frothy white head. Nice grassy hop character with good czech malts and just a hint of butter popcorn. Medium bitterness very clean. Super well balanced. You want to drink this by the liter. Omg it’s quaffable

Poured from 355mL can (pkg 23 Oct 2023; thanks Nico). Clear-ish chill hazed amber orange with small white head. Mild breadcrust and grain, feint hint of honey, clean and simple, okay.
