On tap at Chuck's - Seward Park. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Light dank oils, pine, and a bit of melon on the nose. Flavour has dry pine, some bitter resins, a bit of grass. Nice, but not excellent.

Can.
A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head.
A- Strawberries, tart.
F- Tart, sour, rhubarb, mild strawberry.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sour finish.
O- Lots of tangy flavor. I think New Glarus spoiled me for this combo of a fruit beer so this was just okay for me. Needed a stronger sweet flavor of the fruits and not jus the sour notes.

12 oz can. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone white head that settles into a skiff and ring of foam after a minute. Aroma has notes of whiskey, wood, caramel, clay, flowers, peppercorn, vanilla. Lovely whiskey barrel notes in flavor. A little thin, though.

On tap at DownTime Taps, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose has plenty of tropical fruit, plenty of muddled pith, and a touch of citrusy hops. Flavour is reasonably clean for a hazy, with citrus peel, tropical fruit, and a touch of pine. Clean and well-hopped for a hazy pale. Solid.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is kind of bretty funk tartness. Flavor is tart funk with a lot of butter. Finish is tart lemon juice. I don't know if that buttery flavor is intended but that's what dominates. Decent low abv 4.2% saison.

Deep gold, sticky, appley…I legitmately cannot say that this comes together well at all. It's a tough style to make, especially if you're not a dedicated lager brewer.

Dullish, opaque, weedy nose, even weedier palate. Decent malt, but this is real. Good balance.

Amber and hazy. Quality pomaceous fruit and sweetish caramel/toffee malts. The base is good, the treatment rather harsh, though.

Haze, amberish-brown. Thick head. Sticky and with decent bourbon. Soft body, nice fruity note, some smoke phenols...is that the scotch?
