Growler from the Alpharetta Beer Growler. Pours a clear, bubbly, light hay, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is hay, dust, some light apple, and cloves. Sweet up front, with some not insignificant bitterness coming forward in the finish. Balances very nicely. Light to medium body, crisp, clean, and very refreshing. Overall, this is a very well made koelsch, with good subtle aromas, and a well balanced flavor. Pleasant to drink, and goes down easily.

On tap at the Wild Wing Cafe in Alpharetta. Pours very dark brown, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is caramel, chocolate pudding, espresso, and burnt toast. Burnt and caramelized sweetness, heavy bitterness, and an odd, funky sour aftertaste. Heavy body, thick, and a little acidic. Overall, this is a strong, almost stout-like, brown ale, but the hopping is a little over the top, and the finish is rather unpleasant.
