Grainy, crisp kolsch, with a modest floral note on the back end accented by earth and white bread. Slight veins of lemon and apple underneath. Not bad.

That’s some bitter coffee. Could use some more nibs to Hyde the bitterness.

Tap at Barracuda Bob's in Savannah, Georgia. Honey gold pour. Faint grainy malt nose. Slightly tangy, grainy malt flavor hints at honey. A bit of minerally notes in middle. Crisp dry finish.

Brown with a creamy, light beige head. Pleasant aroma full of toffee and hazelnut. Taste is toffee sweet up front, a bit of graham cracker, turns earthy, dry and mildly roasted bitter at the finish. Medium bodied and just a bit watery, which is the only flaw of an otherwise solid brown. Nice!

My brother brought six pack to share for visit since he stopped on Jekyll Island first. Deep gold minimal head. Nose is cereal and light fruit. Tastes of pear, sourdough bread, cereal, pale malt. Not overally crisp. Decent enough.

Shinagawa Intercity Oedo Festival tasting. Thank you Walter! Golden pour, somewhat cloudy with some white foam. Fresh sweetness, tropical marmalade nose. Tastes dry, sweet and fruity but still dry, medium hop bitterness there. Good hop marmalade linger in the finish. Tasty stuff.

Very hazy peach and apricot coloured body with a copper and orange glow and a thinnish, relatively fast-dying white head, but the ridiculously haziness remains intact throughout, in a great way. Aroma of oranges, curacao, light wheat, some subdued alcohol and grain and a good dose of citra and very citrus-flavoured hops, and showing a tremendous amount of character throughout. Medium-bodied; Super deep and pungent citrusey and grassy character with a lot of hops up front showing some light alcohol and a mellow bitterness with a dry herbal character and a sweet, but juicy and orangey finish with some curacao and light grain at the end. Aftertaste shows some of the yeast, but mainly all about the citrusey hops and light grain and dry flavours, with no real sweetness, but a good deal of bitterness and pungency in a good way. Overall, a pretty nice beer, but without much complexity and depth and the citrus and bitterness is on the weaker side of things, but the dryness and orange/curacao flavours work well. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Hop City at the Krog Street Market in Atlanta, Georgia on 30-May-2018 for US$3,99 sampled at home in Washington on 21-June-2018.

Great pine resin aroma with small white head. Initial pine hop bitterness that quickly balances with malt for a smooth finish.
