500 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours hazy very dark ruby red/purple/brown color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the lace. Aromas of big sweet/tart blackberry, raspberry, currants, black cherry, red grape, raisin, fig, plum, date, pepper, brown sugar, toasted bread, light smoke, herbal, floral, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, cherry/berries, and moderate dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sweet/tart blackberry, raspberry, currants, black cherry, red grape, raisin, fig, plum, date, pepper, brown sugar, toasted bread, light smoke, herbal, floral, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of yeast spiciness and light fruit tang/tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of blackberry, raspberry, currants, black cherry, red grape, raisin, fig, plum, date, pepper, brown sugar, toasted bread, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, cherry/berries, and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation and yeast spiciness as well. High carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, crisp, moderately creamy/grainy, and lightly slick/acidic/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.8%. Overall this is a great fruited Belgian strong dark ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, cherry/berries, and moderate dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the big ABV. Big on cherry/berry fruit presence; but still has great balance with the Belgian base beer, and is not overly sweet/syrupy from the fruit. A really enjoyable offering.

On tap st Uber Tavern, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tart stone fruits and lover wild yeast. Flavour is complex, with lovely stone fruits, especially apricots, followed by wild yeast and more apricots. Complex and wonderfully blended. Excellent.

Bottle. Lemon peel, lactic acid, barnyard, and biscuit malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Light sweet-sour lemon, brett, biscuit malt, and straw flavor. Good body. Nice.

Aromas of tart/sour black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, green apple, plum, red grape, hay, straw, pepper, brown sugar, toasted oak, and bread; with lighter notes of musty/leathery funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, cherry juice, oak barrel, and moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big tart/sour black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, green apple, plum, red grape, hay, straw, pepper, brown sugar, toasted oak, and bread; with lighter notes of musty/leathery funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tartness and yeast/tannic oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, lemon, green apple, plum, red grape, hay, straw, pepper, brown sugar, toasted oak, bread, light funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, cherry juice, oak barrel, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. High carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, dry, and moderately acidic/tannic/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a great Kriek/Flemish red styled wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy/acidic yeast, cherry juice, oak barrel, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the balanced acidity and high carbonation. Great balance of Brett/Lacto complexity, cherry juice, and oak flavors; with a nice malt backing. Not too funky, but I am sure that would change with some aging. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottleshare at Sampler: pours brown with a beige head. Aroma is funky and malty. Interesting flavor. Kind of sour. Pretty light. Nice aftertaste. Carbonation adds a lot.

Bottle to tulip. Moderate must, lemon and cleanser on the aroma. Pours a moderately low hazy pale yellow with almost no head that is quickly gone. Taste is musty tart, with moderate fruit in support. Finishes moderately dry. Enjoyable with a refreshing aspect to it.

On tap at industry public house, somewhat accomadable. Quite expensive. Looks like ginger ale. Slight aroma of spiced saddle. Some co2 initially. Mostly flat. Not as wild or tart as expected. But....you know it is. More tart than a regular beer, fer sure. Even some ginger ale in the middle, not bad. Just a little less than expected, but hey, these gose, yes I said gose, have become known as more salty but some are not.

Pour is a red-ish brown with a small white head. Aroma is a mix of cherries and vinegar with some wine must as well. Flavor is a very tart and pronounced cherry with some sour bacteria and a tart sourness that lingers after the swallow. Very kriek like but also with the sourness of a Flanders red. This is a well made beer with all the different styles coming together.

Tap industry public hose. Looks beautiful! This stuff was so good from the start. Never do you even detect the alky in this, that makes it dangerous. Its so smooth and tart tingling the taste buds, YUMMY. So good, so fun, I love this. This is fun wild tart beer, very good example! THIS BEER ROCKS! Yummy yummy yummy, good for yer tummy!

Bottle from the brewery: pours cloudy light brown with an off white head. Aroma is light caramel or toffee, bretty funk, wood, fruitiness. Taste is kind of sour. Nice bit of sweetness and funk and everything. Great body. Hefty complexity. Quite good.
