Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small and ephemeral bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Hops bring a crisp pine and a fairly juicy and fresh pineapple. A mild bitterness on the crisp finish. Impressively juicy pineapple from this hop. Needs to be DIPAed of course!

A light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. The promised lemongrass is obvious but slightly recessed. Crisp pine. Yeah, fruit salad sweets on the back end. Light crisp finish. Really nice new hop but again, I think a lot of it will need to be used. A dipa of this would be a very interesting thing indeed.
