(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 24 Apr 2026) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasty nose with notes of chocolate, nuts (hazelnuts, peanuts) and milky coffee. Malty, roasty taste with chocolate, nuts, nougat, peanut butter, milky coffee, vanilla and a mild cacao bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Rich and tasty, with lots of nuts. On the sweet side, but within reasonable bounds. Nice one.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 17 Apr 2026) Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, slightly roasty nose with caramel, dried fruit, liquorice, burnt sugar and a touch of leather. Malty, slightly roasty taste with notes of caramel, dried fruit, raisins, crisp-bread, liquorice, coffee and a balanced spicy bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Rich, complex and quite powerful. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, mandarin, apricots, resin, herbs, bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.
