Burk från SB. Mörkt bärnstensfärgad med en rejäl skumpuck. Fin doft med rostade nötter, kaffe, nygräddat bröd och fudge. Len munkänsla, söta kola- och karamell smaker som möter en tydlig beska med citrus och tallskott. Lite brun IPA snarare än old ale eller i alla fall en modern tolkning av stilen. Gott men doften lovade ännu mer.

A good and powerful imperial stout with body, boozy, roasted malt, chocolate, cherry, vanilla, whisky, a bit woody, subtle and a beverage to enjoy a lot with a rainy weather, some hop. This bottle is coming from the sterk Amsterdam, 19.08.22

Bottle of my first trip in Amsterdam at the sterk. Opening it on wednesday after a full day with the children and an end at Aquatis. Great and classical imperial stout, syrupy, solid notes of roasted malt, cocoa, mineral and sweet, tobacco note, 05.11.21, at Epalinges.

Can 440ml from Pick'n'Pay Pori. Amber colour, steady small beige head and some lace. Caramalt, nuttyness, hops in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Caramalt, dark fruits, nuttyness, some earthy hops in the flavour. Yeah Old Ale -like, English. Ok.
