Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light soft pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Krush delivers soft pine and very slightly candy tropical fruits. Getting pineapple more than mango or guava. Touch of pineapple cubes. Not that Krush to me but, flavoursome all the same. Soft piney finish. Pretty drinkable.

Bottle. Buxton online. Bit of a grey tinged pale gold. Suds of foam. Not a great start. The whole thing has a glass of Chardonnay that’s been forgotten about until the next morning and got necked regardless vibe about it. Bit grim overall.

0.44l can. Aroma of stone and tropical fruit, resin and biscuit. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thick creamy white head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts quite sweet stone fruity, resinous and refreshing citrusy, following is herbal and bready, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is dry and bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Pairs good with listening to Slayer…

Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toasted, roasted, nutty and some mid caramel tones with a bit coffee as well. Flavour is quite similar. Very nicely balanced.

Canned 20/11/2025(?). Hazy yellow colour, steady white head and lace. A bit grainy, riped fruits in the nose. Light-bodied. Riped fruits in the flavour (peach, mango), otherwise harsh and musty. Clearly it shows its 4+ months age.

Canned 11/11/25. Yellow colour, steady white head. Grainy, citrus hoppy aroma, a bit musty. Light-bodied. Pale malts, grain, citrus, some sweetier fruits. A bit an old side I think. Easy.

440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, light sweet toffee, grainy bready malt, nutty, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Plenty going on. A great English Bitter!

Canned 21/11/2025. Golden colour, small white head. A bit bready nose with some grapefruityness. Light-bodied. Grapefruit, notes of some sweetier fruits, light breadyness, light palate. Feels a bit old already. Meh.
