Aroma of malt, some grain, hay, cardboard, light hop. Flavour is malty with a harsh unpleasant bitterness, quite out of balance. I’m afraid I found little to like about this Pilsner.

Clear golden colour. Average sized white head shows ok retention and decently nice lacing. Average to slight sub-average intensity in the aroma: clean, slightly prominent ceraly malts with hints of white bread, a not too timid grassy hops background, vague fruity notes (appleish, maybe slightly lemonish, however not distinct). All in all a clean aroma though. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, with the fruity component now slightly more prominent. Light to medium sweetness, quite light bitterness, but the grassy hops are definitely perceptible and the finish is dry enough. A pretty simple but clean taste profile. Quite light in body, average carbonation (slightly coarse, not macro lager.like but sure not delicate); feels overall a bit fuller and less easy to drink than you'd expect for the abv, though still very much ok. Overall not bad at all, does it's job at feeling refreshing, but there are much finer examples of the style.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of moderate spicy hops, pale malt, grains. Taste of pale malt, grains, straw, moderate spicy bitterness.

Bottle, 4.8%. Mild malty and nutty aroma with a whiff of soy. Almost clear amber colour. Ok stable off-white head. The flavour is papery, roasted, nutty with a little soy again. Medium bitterness. Acidic finish.

Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di luppolo, erbaceo, citrico, malto. In bocca ha un attacco maltato con chiusura amara media, piuttosto caratterizzante. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color oro pallido limpido, al naso lieviti miele millefiori note floreali, in bocca malto pane bianco miele note erbacee, lieve astringente, carbonazione moderata, corpo medio/leggero, dolce con amaro moderato, media secchezza.
