Draught @ Kaapse bierfestival. Clear reddish color, average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, wood, brandy influences clearly. Taste malts, brandy, wood, lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Can’t describe it properly but I really like it. Nice body and carbonation. Nice one!

Tap @ van moll. Hazy dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells sweet, raisins, malts. Tastes barley wine, oak, wood, red wine, grape. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ home hazy peachy colour with a small white head. Smells hops, sweet, alcohol, resin, grapefruit, very nice. Tastes malts, alcohol, plastic, hops, fresh, bitter. Medium to full body, soft carbo.

Tap@Hopfenreich, Berlin - orange amber pour with good white head and lacing. Aroma and taste is a mix of sweet tropical and citrus fruits, caramel malt backbone, some piny and herbal hoppy hit coming from this, overall pretty decent IIPA.

Bottle. Nice nose, lemon, grapefruit, biscuits. Very dry and bitter flaovr, grapefruit, lemon, biscuity malt. Some diacetyl comes out as it warms which is a shame.

Jet black. Very thick, and creamy texture. Loads of dark, roasted malts in aroma and flavour. Intense bittersweetness. Some cocoa and liquourice.

Sampled draft @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2015. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is big resin with sweet white bread & some orange. Taste is very bitter orange, creamy, bitter dry orange peel, sweet white bread, apricot,… Creamy yeasty body,… Yeast dominates too much for me & not enough hop but decent still. (Thanks for sharing!)
