330ml bottle bought @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino, scurissima, non molto persistente. Al naso note di cioccolata, datteri maturi, caffé, una punta di ossidazione (oliva verde, salsa di soia). In bocca è dolce, cioccolatosa, non bilanciatissima, con finale amaro un po' fiacco e nota caffettosa non ben percepibile. Il corpo è pieno, al palato è soffice, vellutata, smooth, la carbonazione è leggera. Da migliorare.

33 cl bottle at La Pirata Malasaña, Madrid. Hazy orangish amber pour with some abundant, albeit not lasting, off-white to gray head. Intense aromas of rocket, grass, pomelo, orange, dry lemon, mango, peach and, yes -honey. Dry and full-bodied, dank and very bitter. Long-lingering aftertaste. Another one, please!
