4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Virtually opaque dark brown w/light mahogany, nice viscosity. Aroma is strong mix of dark fruit, caramel, bourbon. Taste is strong caramel, dark fruit, bourbon, well balanced. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Good strength, decent complexity, nice balance.

4 oz. pour part of flight at brewery. Almost opaque dark brown, ring of head, trace lace. Aroma strong graham cracker, sweet, lightly roasted malt, nutmeg/Fall spices, raisin. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Pale yellow w/ring of head, no sparkle, light lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla cream. Taste is strong vanilla cream, mild milk chocolate-orange. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, fairly dry, crisp finish as taste. Now that’s a cream ale I can get behind. Good strength and balance and quite interesting.

4 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Lightly hazy, pale, bright yellow, light sparkle, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is subtle wheat. Taste is strongly tart fruit (red raspberry) over milder lemon peel, wheat. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Tartness is strongly tart but everything else is pretty muted.

Аромат вроде бы в стиль, есть хмель но немного в основе все же карамель. Цвет красивый, коричневый, полу мутный с небольшой пенкой. Вкус просто удручает, безумно много хмеля от которого идет просто термоядероная горечь, она забивает все нотки которые кстати есть, то есть карамель и легкие специи, но все это очень скудно от травянистой горячи.

Аромат очень шоколадный, сразу хочется сказать что запах прям бьет йодом, слегка ликерный при этом и бочковой. Цвет черный, пенка очень тонкая. Вкус такой же йодистый, шоколадный и ликерный, при этом бочка тоже есть. Пил на фесте.

Bottle shared by tfontana. Aroma of soft chocolate, weak rye, spice. Flavor is the same with a soft mild spice finish. No alcohol finish, which is pleasant. But fuck the milk stouts! Thank the god Lord TJ saw this style. I could be dead in three hours!!!

2021 500mL bottle shared by tfontana on 1/11/25. Dark mahogany with garnet highlights. Bubbly tan head, small. Clear. Prune, raisin, licorice, light lactose. Some dark ash. Lightly spicy but not too much. Dark chocolate, strong spice, black pepper, no alcohol and good balance. A bit pruney. Soft, malty, creamy, a bit roasty and full of dark chocolate. Not too much barrel. A bit of floral, rye, nutty and balancing spice. It's very balanced, not alcoholic and there's no lactose character, thankfully.

A mix of the 2022 BT and 2023 KC with the bourbon element light, and the dark fruit moderate, but maybe a bit too strong. Less alcohol and/or spice with a good mellowness.
In the mouth it's rich, malty, sweet, spicy, balanced and with ample, but well-attenuated malt. Juicy dark fruits, maybe a touch of lead. Definitely get the age on it in its mellowness with soft, chocolatey, not fudgey or syrupy textures and no alcohol. Really nice rye spice and lingering dark fruit and heavy black pepper.
