Bottle at Mum and Dads, 23/09/18. Pale golden blonde with a big old lasting white head. Nose is bitter sweet apple, grass, residual sugars. Taste comprises sweetish apple pulp, icing sugar, straw mellow orchard tones, apple pie. medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok cider if a touch on the sweet side for my liking.

Taste comprises apple pie, orchard fruit, apple pulp, hint of vanilla, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp climax with a drying close. Ok cider.
