Roodbruin bier zonder schuim. Smaak is fruitig zuur met iets van bramen, rode bessen, krieken en wat rum in de verte. Voor mij net iets te zuur, maar wel een fijn aroma van fruit.

Clear golden colour with wispy head and no carbonation. Aroma of woody vanilla and sweet dried fruits. It's a very sweet beer but with a tangy note too. Flavour has vanilla, boozy rum, raisins.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Leaves ok lace. Aroma is tart fruits, some rather burnt wet wooden tones with leathery elements as well as some mild vinegary tones. Flavour overriped fruits, some mild floral tones with wood and also some vinegary tones. Indeed very strange brew, but at the same time I get confused if it was meant like this or not, as it does work somewhat well. Not even near a normal Tripel though.

Bottled. Dark brown colour with a small beige head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is nutty, some tartish cherries, mild nutty tones with some chocolate and mild toffee too. Flavour is berries, some spiciness, tobacco, leather, yeast and mild nutty tones to it.

Thx to Jef V. for this bottle. Unklar, brass color and a white head. Sour nose, acidic, lemony, touch of vinegar. Taste starts sour, a fine sweetness, acidic, malty, slightly yessty. Nice work!

Tap at Moeder Lambic Original, Bryssel. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some hops, some Belgian yeast elements, malts....
