Bottle, at share, thanks to me. Pours gold. Tart, lemon, funk, oak, vanilla, leather, passionfruit. Medium body. Very solid.

4/II/23 - 75cl bottle @ Nieuwjaarsreceptie Gentse Biervereniging, BB: n/a (2023-113) Thanks for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy orange to almost amber beer, small creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, very oxidized, dusty, mushroom, wet cellar, musty, a little herbal, meh. Not very good. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: ah, there’s the rhubarb all right! A nice acidity, a little oxidized, musty, cellar, funky brett notes, a bit lemony, a gentle bright acidity shining through. Aftertaste: almost sweet, a bit oxidized, some caramel, nice rhubarb flavours, lovely!

Bottled. Ambery red colour with a small white head. Aroma is raspberries, wood and some mild vanilla tones. Flavour is raspberries, some oaky, mild tart tones with a slight acidity. Nicely dry palate.

0,75l bottle at home. Crown cork says 2015. BB 2034. opens with a loud plob, not a gusher though. dark yellow hazy color, super big white head. smells funky, oak, wood, dusty, bit herbal, vinous. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes oxidized, ripe fruits, bit bitter/sweet, grassy, earthy, marzipan, tad metallic. finishes with a light bitter and oxidation notes, grass and pepper. bit of a disappointment this one, rather oxidized, not the biggest fan.

Bottled. Pinkish orange colour with no head to speak of. Aroma is horseblanket, some earthy, mild funk and some citrus and acidic tones too. Flavour is horseblanket, some berries, wood, mild grass, earth and some tartish wooden and gooseberryish tones.

Bottled. Deep ruby colour with some haze and a small pink head. Aroma is funky, farmyardy, tart berryish elements with some acidity as well. Flavour is funky, blueberries, some raspberries, mild wooden tones with some quite strong sour/tart elements too. Quite acidic as well, and as it gets a bit warmer, the acidity gets kind of sharp.
