Description
We are dedicated to the entire experience of craft; from our creative food menu to our unique beers. The adventure started with creating a perfect beer, and we have kept that focus since our opening in 2005 with 31 combined rotating taps plus hard cider and a variety of wines. The Saugatuck Brewing Company (SBC) has a large family friendly pub, outside patio plus a secondary tap room dubbed “The Barrel Room” for multiple different dining and drinking experiences in one building. We operate on a 45 barrel Brew System with 960 barrels of Fermentation Space and the ability to age over 400 wood barrels at one time.

Can from Home Bargains, Salford. Very hazy Orange-gold with a bubbly head. The blood orange is strong is fairly strong in aroma and taste, subdued a touch by its carbonation.

483ml can from Home Bargains - Deep murky brown body, thin top. Smoky nose to start, maple comes through, berry at the back. Taste gives the maple syrup and blueberry pancake vibe, albeit a bit artificial. Quite nice to be fair.

[12oz can from Home Bargains, Festival Park, Etruria.] A murky looking amber pour with a fast fading off-white head; blood orange aroma; sweet blood orange taste with a bready body; and a dry finish with orange zest. Assertively orange.

Can shared by Erik. Rather thin body, med-high carbonation. Fully malty, with moderate coffeeish sourness, light astringency. Med-light bitterness and sweetness. The blueberry and maple are med-light, while coffee is intense, moderate chocolate, light toffee. Drinkable, good, but not great.

Can, 6.0%. Mild berry aroma, raspberry, it seems. Clear copper colour. Very small head. The flavour is citric and fruity with a note of burnt plastic that luckily almost goes away after a bit. Not so good to begin with, but better after a while.
