Sampled at 2017 summer Festibière in Gatineau at 3.5% ABV. Pours a hazy light yellow colour with a white cap and minimal lacing. Kind of looks like homemade lemonade. Gooseberries for aromas. Sour taste that grows into the finish with citrus notes. Mild tarty mouthfeel. A pretty nice and interesting Gose.

Bottle from my GF's mom who got it in Montreal, under Loup Rouge Witbier, 4% ABV. Pours a cloudy light golden colour with a white cap. Citrus nose with hints of honey and yeast. Citrus flavours with a little bitterness in the finish and grassy notes. An average witbier lacking the coriander.

Bottle from my GF's mom who got it in Montreal. Pours a dark brown colour, almost black with a big frothy mocha-coloured head, good stay and lacing. Molasses in the nose with roasted malts and hints of coffee, maple syrup. Dark fruits in flavours (dates, prunes, grapes and even apples) with burnt malts that lingers. Lots going on here, quite rich, lacking a little lactose creaminess and oatmeal sweetness.
