Can, 4% as Timmermans Strawberry Lambicus. Very artificial strawberry aroma. Hazy pink/orange colour. Small frothy pink head. The flavour is sweet with artificial strawberry and a late acid. Not sickeningly sweet, but still. Metal aftertaste. Also spicy... Dill? Oregano?

That’s one of the most original beers I’ve ever had. A little bit of funk and tartness, but with a strong roasty finish. Honestly a lot better than it sounds. And paired with the Guinness chocolate cake for dessert 🤤

Robijnrood helder bier met schuim. Smaak is vrij zoet en frutiig met duidelijk krieken, echter de peper heb ik er niet in terug gevonden. Ok.

750ml black bottle with a cork and a wire cradle, thanks to djoeye for a solid taster. Gives a good shot followed by smoke when opened. Pinkish-white head with decent glass-lacing, misty dark reddish body. Moderate smell of grape , fruit and farmyard. Mostly cherry tartness to the taste buds. Dry and tart ending, grape-fruity. Cleanser qualities and quite alright. (Tromsø, 02.12.2023).
