Description
Timmermans has kept the tradition of the true lambic alive for over 300 years now. This unique beer, made with 30% wheat, is brewed in Itterbeek, in the oldest active lambic brewery. At its origin is a miracle: micro-organisms in the air of the Senne valley end up in the wort and cause spontaneous fermentation. This is why a true lambic is brewed only within a 15 km radius of Brussels, in the area known as Pajottenland. Since 1993, Martin’s Finest Beer Selection has been proud to preserve this authentic part of Belgium’s beer heritage.

(bottle 0,33l Advent calendar from Beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Ok, sweet and cherry. Aroma: Strong sweet cherry. Appearance: Clear red. Medium pale pink-ish head. Taste: Light sweet, strong sweet cherry, very light spicy pepper. Palate: Medium body.

@ La Becasse. Pours bit unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is lemon zesty, fairly mild. Taste is full, semi sweet, very malty (wheat) finish. Medium carbonation. Refreshing. Def not too sweet at all.

Bottle. This one is 6.7% ABV. Very deep red with a brief pink head. Brooding reduced cherry aroma with almonds, some old lemon. Sour and moderately acidic in a way that clears away the cherry after a while. Oaky at the end with some red wine vinegar. Broodingly intense.

750 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer. Thank you! 2012 vintage. Ha ha ha ha. Aroma shows me old coriander, old cheese, and old malt. Yep, if this brew had a prime, it is WAY past it.
