Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a unclear coppery golden with a frothy lacing head. Aroma smells like musty feet, citrus and floral. Taste is wet, cardboard, some fruit.

Clear blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have obvious citrusy hop notes. Quite bitter. Aftertaste has slight note of carton which is synonymous with low alcohol beer. Overall though this is excellent in its class.

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before July 2021. Clear, almost opaque, very dark brown to black with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, very nutty aroma of toasted hazelnut, Rocher and bread crust. Gently sweet, malty, minimally roasty and fairly nutty taste of lots of hazelnut, Rocher, bread crust and traces of burnt sugar, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally roasty and just a little watery finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant NA Porter, quite tasty.

dark brown colour, medium sized beige head, which disappears quite quickly; aroma of intensive burnt woody-ash notes, burnt sunflower seeds and minimal heavy roasted coffee; taste is quite empty like a glass of water with burnt woody bitterness; not really good but acceptable as N.A. beer - though I would never consider it to be a milk stout - that should be a bad joke

Crowler from BD Union Sq. It pours clear orangey - amber brown with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, nutty, dried leaves, real pumpkin, some warming spice and limited sweetness. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, tart orangey vibes, earthy, woody, nutty, spiced pumpkin action, dried leaves and forest floor with a drying, spicy finish. Light+ body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Pretty impressive and interesting for an AF beer. Not too shabby.

Can from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grain and and lemongrass. Flavour of melon rind and a slightly soapy finish. Thin body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. A solid low alcohol beer.

330ml Can - Dark brown, almost black. Coffee, vanilla and chocolate in the aroma. Roasted and slightly sweet taste with coffee, cream, vanilla and cocoa. Enjoyable and very thick for such a beer.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with some red tinges. Brown sugar, berries and nuts in the aroma. Nutty taste with hazelnuts, chocolate, blackcurrant and brown sugar. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable.

From can on board Fridtjofen 20.11.20. Almost ebony. Brown head is quickly dissapearing to nothing. Fine aroma and taste of bitter coffee, dark chocolate, grapefruit and pine shoots. Roasted barley and bitter grapefruit is lingering on. Slightly waterish. Very good for being a non-alcoholic beer!
