Bottle. Pale golden color with a big white head. Slight grassy-spicey aroma. Flavors are subdued - a little malt, a light bitterness, with an ending of a light fruit (apricot). But it’s easy to drink and has a clean dry finish. There’s more to it than most lagers.

Sampled draught at Dansk Ølfestival.
Pale golden. MAlt aroma. Sweet with notes of sour dough. Dense mouthfeel. Sadly the flavours are dull and th ebeer gives a massproduced, industrial impression.

Bottle
Crisp hoppy, almost citron and slightly yeasty aroma. Urine yellow color. Steady white head, lace. Typical hoppy pilsener taste, dry, firm but nothing special. (5/274/2/9 2.2)
Re-rated, draught
Pale yellow, creamy white head. Lemony, dish-cleaner nose. Same crisp lemon also dominates flavor. Decently hopped, light pils. (5/2/6/2/9 2.4)

I am not a big fan of lagers though I have enjoyed several Paulaner products.+++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer pours a golden color with a medium sized tan head. Nice clarity. Smells like your typical macro beer. Tastes like your typical macro beer. Unimpressive, but at least not skunky. Sadly, I tried this one on tap a few weeks ago and found it pleasant. The bottle was a real disappointment.

This is a style that I generally tend not to like, especially the bottled version for some reason +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle with a nice label this beer pours a reddish-brown color with a small tan head that lingers. There is a strong scent of vegetables. Smooth, malty flavor with a bit of a vegetable soup element. Slightly biting aftertaste. I had really been looking forward to this as I have enjoyed a number of Paulaner products - but this really disappointed me.

Chestnut brown, starts all clear; good, thick brownish head, slowly collapsing. Grainy, bready, faintly perfumey nose. Sweet taste, but like rosewater, perfumed. Very little else, however. I have the idea this is a bit lightstruck. Faint bread in the palate. Medium-bodied, slightly warming (at 5.3?). OK, but I'd expect slightly more character from a top German brewery.
