Big flavours and bright colours, that’s what you can expect from Vault City Brewing. We’re the UK’s biggest sour beer producer and we’ve been making fruit-forward, modern sour beers in Edinburgh since 2018.
Our mixed fermentation style and distinctive house culture create the perfect base for real fruit ingredients, which gives our beer its intense aroma and flavour, not to mention the eye-catching colours.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh on 27/12/18. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Thin head. Nose - citrus and funk. Taste - pineapple, not as sour as expected. Palate - light bodied and tangy though not as sour as the brewery's earlier offerings. Overall - tasted this alongside overworks Sleekit which was very good. Even though it didn't compare well to it, it's still very drinkable. The staff weren't sure what exactly was in it.
