Bottle at tasting. Aroma of funky barnyard, green apple, tart, citrus and mild booze. Taste has green apple, funky barnyard, tart, some apply sugar and subtle calvados. Really good cider.

Sampled @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Clear almost watery color. No head. Sweet aroma. Light note of green apple peel. More dry flavor. Decent though. I like it. 7-3-7-3-15.

Pre-Borefts Tasting at the Kim Jung Un Buurtcentrum in Zaandam. Thank you for sharing! 750 ml. bottle. Fizzy clear pale golden ,very high visible carbonation. Nose is dry Sulphur (low), white wine cider, fruity dry vinous white grape & apple skins. High carbonation. Fizzy apple, white wine, grape, lemon, apple, dry lively white apple, sugar, white wine in a great way,..; Super high carbonation & dry white wine.

Sampled thanks to SinH4 @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts 2018, Day 1. Clear amber color. Aroma is sweet super ripe apple or maybe even somewhat sugary. Flavor also has super ripe apple as well as light sugary notes. Quite pleasant.

Pre-Borefts Tasting at the Kim Jung Un Buurtcentrum in Zaandam. Thanks for sharing to the entire RB crowd here! Bottle shared. Pours pale straw with no head. Tart apples, very dry and woody, hard apples. No peel. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and low carbonation. Not bad but not my favorite kind of cider.

Bottle shared at pre-Borefts tasting. Thanks for sharing all! Clear pale straw with white head that lasts just a few seconds. Dry apple, soft earthy, dry apple peel, light tart lemon, tart apples, light funk. Light tart and very light bitter. Over light bodied. Bone and bone dry. Tasty, but damn this is dry.
