8 3 7 3 15Bottle at Kim Jong Un Buurtcentrum Pre-Borefts ‘18, Zaandam. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of Ted apples, apple core and woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, hay, apple peel, oak, grass, dried apples, flowers, minerals, apple cores, bark. Slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Clear gold coloured cider, no head. aroma: apples, sweetish, lots of apple juice, some solvent, tannins. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apple juice, soft sweetness, bit acidic, dry, little bitter. Aftertaste: some tannins, nice and dry finish, lots of apple juice, nice stuff.

Bottle at man in the moon. Pours clear blonde. Foam is unstable, as of course, this is a cider. Smell is full, funky natural apples. Very funky. Taste is full, very highly carbonated. Dry finish, after a full blast of natural apples. Indeed pretty good, but to my own liking a tad to slick ( almost like a diacetyl mouthfeel) and too high Carbo.

Draft @ Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Apple juice colour, light white foam. Sweet cider with very complex nose, barnyard, apple skin, tart fruitness. Nice.
