375ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Decided to get something decent for my 20th French tick. 2014 vintage. Pours ever so slightly hazy gold with a tall white head that fades rather quickly. Aroma is dried apples, barnyard. Taste is sweet apples followed by sour apples, dry finish.

750ml bottle, as Dupont Cidre Bouche 2015, 5.5%. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and horseblanket funk aroma. Taste is funky, apple, mellow fruity, bittersweet, some caramel and tangy notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity apple finish. Very drinkable.

Taster, courtesy of SinH4, many thanks! Pours clear amber. Aroma is dusty intense apples. Body is mealy, intense, flat, sweet and tart, apple pie, fortified apple. Becomes less intense after the aroma, but still pleasant. Good!

Clear light brown. Aroma is intense raisins with fresh sour apple. Taste is sweet apple with less apple sourness. Not so complex. Alright.

2012 Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is vanilla, waxy, apple skin. Taste is apples, vanilla, bratapfel, curry spices. Foamy mouthfeel, very dry finish. I like, but it's *very* dry.

Clear golden. Aroma is quince and apples, a hint of raisins, vanilla sauce. Intense dry with so much carbonation that you dont get much of the taste. A bit vanilla in the finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow. Apple peel, curry, light wood. Medium light, foamy/fizzy. Dry green apple, rough chalky green, dry metallic, a bit Kurkuma, a bit cucumber. Quick finish.

75cl bottle (2013). Pours gold with a light mist, thin bubbly coating that recedes. Light fresh apple aroma. Taste is fairly light and drying with little of the 11% alcohol evident. Some light apple fruit present, but lacks an expected complexity. I expect this is partly due to the age, being 5 years old, so I'll try to find a fresh bottle to re-rate. Still, a pleasant gentle cider with faint tang on the finish.

Bottle 2015. Brown, a bubble on the horizon. Bratapfel with marzipan, light nutmeg and cinnamon aroma. Medium full dry body. Well balanced apple cake/pie, sweet but with tannic droness and the spices. Pear notes come in retronasal to round this decadent dessert off.
