Very good lambic-like aroma. Lots of yeast with a barnyard character. Very bright and cloudy yellow. I thought the alcohol was a little higher. Flavor has apple with a good balance between sweet and sugar.

An unclear orange cider with a fast disappearing light yellow head. The aroma is powerfully of acidic apples, with notes of wood and berries mixing in. The flavor is sweet combined with an acidic apple note, leading to a dry end with notes of wood and apples. The body is a bit thin.

(Bottle 75 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a white head. Very tart, almost vinegary in the nose. The body is medium with sweet apple flavours. Again this odd composition of a tart aroma and a sweet flavour. But nice indeed. 151206

Vintage 2005 - sampled 2006. An orange cider with just hints of a head. The aroma is strong with notes fo apples and cinnamon, and the flavor is very sweet with notes of apples and cinnamon. Nice.

Vintage 2006 - sampled 2009. Amber with a whiff of head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of over ripe apples, alcohol, and caramel. The flavor is quite sweet with a light tart touch and strong notes of apples, leaning on being over ripe, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Steffen for this second go at it.

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Vintage 2005. Clear, amber golden with a small, white head. Fresh, tart apple aroma. Very full-bodied with a high degree of sweetness - extremely sweet actually - and then an odd saline accent. Interesting but completely disharmonious. 011206

(750 ml bottle from Swedish Systembolaget) LAbeled 5.5%. Shady orange color, pretty much no head. Very sour initial scent, some stables and horses, cheeze, might almost have guessed it for a lambiv or a gueuze. Still some sweet apples in the back. Sweet almost thick mouthfeel. Some apples during the first taste, very clear sweet apple aftertaste. A little bit sour. No bitterness.

Thanks to Jeffn7 (Secret Santa) for this. Brilliantly clear, rich golden colored still cider. Lightly spicy, fresh apple aroma. Simple yet very well done, just lots of fresh apple flavor. Light yet coating, no feel for any alcohol here. Very easy drinking, refreshing sipper.

Bottle. Sour apple aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color. Slight sweet-sour apple flavor - moderate acidity and carbonation. Very nice, well blended and dry cider.

My first French cider and I loved it. Cloudy appearance like a wit with sediment. Some barnyard to the aroma as well as apples. Sweet sugar and sour funky weirdness.
