0.75L 2007 bottle, big bubbly head that dissapears rather quickly, hazy light golden colour, aroma of fresh apples with some flowery and minerally notes, flavour of fresh apples, and hints of leather and cinamon, quite tart with a light sweetness balanced by a mellow and pleasant bitterness. A good cider with a suprisingly sturdy body.

Bottle thanks to sloth. Apples from 2007, matured in 2008, marked [7] 08422, at 6.9% ABV. Pours with a frothy white head that fades to a ring over a hazed, bubbly gold body. Aroma of barnyard, manure, brett, sourness, green tart apples, calvados and straw. Taste is sweet, with a light funk, really bright and vibrant apple flavor, apple brandy (calvados), and light spices. Lively effervescence, dry mouthfeel, highly drinkable. Truly spectacular!

Re-rate 6/7/10: Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks zvikar. Vintage 2007. 7.5%. Tasted about a week or two after the bottle was opened. According to other raters it tasted pretty much the same as on the day it was opened. 7/4/7/3/14=3.5
Bottle. Vintage 2006. 7%. Clear golden-brown color. Aroma of apples, some apple liqueur, some candies and notes of other fruits. Very sweet, a bit vinous, sugary flavor full of ripe apples, caramel and a bit of alcohol. Thick, viscous, mouthfeel which is slightly sticky. Feels more than 7%. A bit too sweet for me, but still a nice sipper. 6/4/7/4/13=3.4

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy golden with a somewhat rough, white head. Very tart apple aroma with a whiff of wood. Light body with very soft and sweet apple accents. Odd how the aroma is so tart while the flavours are all smooth, soft and sweet. Quite a complex and pleasant country cider. 151206
