Bottle. Orange golden color. Banana, yeast and tangerine in the aroma and flavor. Hint of tartness. Not too sweet and quite fruity.

Bottle, bought @ the brewery. Golden color. Bready floral aroma. Malty bready floral flavor. Hint of orange. Well balanced. Almost full bodied.

Brauhaus Floß Wiener Lager, Flasche von Edeka Legat, Neustadt a.d. Waldnaab. - Hell kupferrot, trüb; überbordender zäher Schaum. - In der Nase kerniges Toastmalz, Brotkruste, erdige und würzige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk kernig toastmalzig mit Brotkruste und kräftiger hopfenwürziger Herbe mit zitrusfruchtigen Spitzen. Malzbitter, nur dezent süß. Zarte säuerliche Noten, noch nicht störend. Gut rezent, vollmundig, hefig. Im Abgang kräftige fränkische Hopfenherbe. - Kerniges Wiener Lager, das vielleicht noch frischer hätte getrunken werden müssen. Wirkt etwas unrund und vorzeitig gealtert. (25.9.2019.)

“Brauhaus Floß Kellerpils“, Fläschchen von Markgrafen, Floß. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase individuelle Hopfenaromen, harzig und elegant hopfenwürzig. - Antrunk schlank und zart hellmalzig mit knackiger harziger Hopfenherbe; erst dahinter zart honigsüßes Malz. Schlank aber weich im Mund, zart hefig. Im Abgang saftige, runde harzige Bittere. - Sehr schönes, aromatisch gehopftes, dabei rundes Pilsener süddeutscher Art. Die Jungs vom Brauhaus Floß haben's echt drauf. (1.9.2019.)

Brauhaus Floß Festbier, vom Faß (bayerischer Anstich!) im Brauhaus in Floß. - Dunkles Orangegold, leicht trüb; schöner Schaum. - Nase tief karamelmalzig, zart rauchig, gedämpft orangenherb. - Antrunk füllig brotig-karamelmalzig mit großer Tiefe - hier schmeckt man das lange Würzekochen. Runde Malzsüße mit Anklängen an Honig. Dezente aber aromatische orangenfruchtige Herbe. Nur schwach rezent, vollmundig, sahnig weich. Im Abgang milde, rund hopfenwürzige und zart orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Großartiges Festbier von enormer Tiefe und Fülle, geht runter wie Öl. (28.8.2019.)
