On tap at the Hallertauer Bierfestival weekend, Attenkirchen Saturday 25th June 2022 in the company of Jonas and Ursula. Pours hazy gold with a white head, this is very biscuity on the nose and in the mouth, a bit too sweet, just seems all over the place, not my thing in fact I am a little underwhelmed.

Brauhaus Floß Wiener Lager, Flasche von Edeka Legat, Neustadt a.d. Waldnaab. - Hell kupferrot, trüb; überbordender zäher Schaum. - In der Nase kerniges Toastmalz, Brotkruste, erdige und würzige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk kernig toastmalzig mit Brotkruste und kräftiger hopfenwürziger Herbe mit zitrusfruchtigen Spitzen. Malzbitter, nur dezent süß. Zarte säuerliche Noten, noch nicht störend. Gut rezent, vollmundig, hefig. Im Abgang kräftige fränkische Hopfenherbe. - Kerniges Wiener Lager, das vielleicht noch frischer hätte getrunken werden müssen. Wirkt etwas unrund und vorzeitig gealtert. (25.9.2019.)
