Established in 2008
Over the next 5 years, the craft brewing industry really started to take off and so did the production at the small brewery. The need for additional tanks and production equipment meant a new location was needed. In 2013 the brewery changed locations to its current location 130 Edward Street.
Our production facility features a 3 vessel 20HL brewhouse along with 8-40HL and 8-20HL fermentors, canning line, tap room and full retail store.

Single can from the LCBO. Pours a light yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and some patchy lacing. Aromas of mild grain and hints of lemon sourness. Watery grain taste with some light grass in the finish. Hints of honey, but not really sweet. Medium-light bodied and crispy enough. A light beer that has a little more life than macro lagers.

Single can from the LCBO. Had actually 2 different label (one was a cheap sticker over the can and then, the better one with a wrap around). Pours a slight hazy, light golden colour with a fizzy white head and not much left within a small amount of time. Lots of yeast in the smell and taste. A little tart on the tongue because of this. The wheat is present, but on the mild side. Citrus and coriander as well reminding me of Belgian Ales, but watered-down and not as well-balanced. Still, decent overall.

This Witbier poured a cloudy medium yellow colour with a bright white, quick living head. Scents include orange citrus, yeast and hair salon. First sip was smooth and a little watery with flavours of orange, clove and ginger heat. Finish is very clove-y with a hint of ginger heat and orange zest.

Can from the LCBO. hazy pale yellow with small white head that is quickly gone. Nose is wheat, bananas and cloves with a touch of lemon but also some vegetable. Very light sweet start with bananas prominent and a soapy middle. Light spice shows up at the end. Mouth is quite thin with soft carbonation. Just OK.

A golden gruit with a thick creamy off white head. In aroma, intense Italian spices, oregano, basil, incense, thyme, very interesting. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with loads of thyme, oregano, incense, light caramel, a bit watery, but interesting. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

Can from the LCBO. Clear light amber pour with smallish white head that fades quickly without much lace. Nose is pine and grass with toffee. Light sweet caramel start with bitterness appearing as grapefruit in the middle and some sweet fruit bringing up the rear. Mouth is medium sticky with average carbonation. Decent IPA.

650ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a very deep brown with a small tan head that leaves a fair bit of lace. Nose is dark fruit, toffee and some maple and coffee. Very sweet start with some raisin, chocolate and maple leading to some coffee bitterness. Medium slick mouth with quite soft carbonation. Not a typical bock.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color bock with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt with some caramel malt is enjoyable enough. Taste is dominated by some caramel malt with light touch of biscuit malt and limited complexity from the esters which I was expecting more of. Body is about average with good carbonation. Good drinkability enough but falls short in terms of complexity.
