Description
Our story began in 2008, with a small location in downtown St.Thomas. We set out to start the brewery, entrenched in the history and folklore from years past. The idea was to create a brewery that honoured the history and heritage of our small industrial town.

Over the next 5 years, the craft brewing industry really started to take off and so did the production at the small brewery. The need for additional tanks and production equipment meant a new location was needed. In 2013 the brewery changed locations to its current location 130 Edward Street.

Our production facility features a 3 vessel 20HL brewhouse along with 8-40HL and 8-20HL fermentors, canning line, tap room and full retail store.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy yellow with a one finger lingering whit head that leaves some patchy lace. Nose is grain, orange peel, vanilla and some floral notes. Light sweet malts with a very light grassy bitterness along with some light citrus tartness. Mouth is creamy but a bit on the thin side with soft carbonation. Inoffensive, but not much to it... 6/3/6/3/13

Pours a hazy golden colour with a foamy white cap, average stay and soapy bubbles around the collar. Orange aromas but seems like something else is stealing the show. More like the oats, but should be the vanilla to make this cream cycles. The taste has the same issues with unbalanced oranges, oats and even hops. Oats too high, vanilla beans too low. Was expecting way better. Love this frozen treat, and this is no where near.

Hotel room beer Mississauga Mostly clear deep golden color with a pillowy white head that persists. Fruity earthy floral with bits of bready light caramel and hints of butterscotch. Not too bad.

This IPA poured a Light yellow colour with a foamy white head. Scents include grapefruit, cream and grass. Not much lacing at all. First swig was really thin with flavours of pineapple and light corn. Finish is mildly bitter with citrus flavours lingering.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy medium amber under a one finger white head that fades gradually. Nose is light bread and cereal with a good dose of pine and grass and a hint of spice. Flavour follows the nose with a light+ malt sweetness with a big grass and resin bitterness. Mouth is medium+ and chewy with soft carbonation and a long bitter finish. 7-/4/7-/3+/13+

Pours a clean golden colour with a slight pink hue. The head is white with some good lacing and decent stay. Pink grapefruit smell, fresh and citrusy. The taste is also full of citrus, but milder than the aromas give out to be. Some nice malts in the background. A pretty nicely brewed Session IPA that also has bottom fermentation.
