Over the next 5 years, the craft brewing industry really started to take off and so did the production at the small brewery. The need for additional tanks and production equipment meant a new location was needed. In 2013 the brewery changed locations to its current location 130 Edward Street.
Our production facility features a 3 vessel 20HL brewhouse along with 8-40HL and 8-20HL fermentors, canning line, tap room and full retail store.

Can shared at a CBC Clerkenwell tasting - London. Cheers to Dave for this treat. Pours rich black-brown with a creamy, tan head. The aroma has notes of milk chocolate, light roast and burnt toast. Medium sweet flavor with some sugary chocolate, light minerality, ash, raisins. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, with more roast and cocoa. Not bad, really.

Draught @ Stout Irish Pub, Toronto. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with some malty touches. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of yeast and bitter, hoppy touches. Rough and estery aftertaste. Okay but nothing really mind-blowing.

Can: Poured a light yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of light grainy wheat malt with strong lemony notes which is not that enticing. Taste is a mix of light unrefined grainy wheat malt with a strong dose of lemon notes. Body is light with medium carbonation. This one ended up the drain. I thought it was quite far from what I expect of the style.

Can from the LCBO. Deep black with burgundy highlights under a dense dark khaki head that fades slowly. Nose is prominent dark chocolate and roast with some plum backing. Light toffee sweetness supports bitter chocolate with some smoke appearing. Medium thin body with average carbonation and a dry finish. NIce, if a bit thin.

A hazed reddish amber bock with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light cinnamon and boiled veggies, spoiled fruits, light acidity. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, esters, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, OK. A tad unbalanced. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

Fine can from the LCBO. Amber, with a little bit of haze. Aroma has a touch of cranberry and some crackery character. Similar, sort of bland character but with a touch of tartness. Not into this one.
