Good, dense yellowish head over clear metallic golden beer. Herbal, herb,straw, gorse, partly toasted malts. Malts, toasted and bit peppery. Sweeter finish, going towards cornflakes. Aftertaste however, is lean, bitterish and wet cardboard. Quite slick, not very carbonated, light body. Bit disappointing. Txs to Stef!

Not sure if I've ever tasted a keller-weizen, so pretty curious as to how this could potentially surprise me. Straight out the gate, this pours a much different color than a hefeweizen, unclear amber, with a huge white head that's very stable. Scent is banana alright, but with a caramelly background. No real cloves (yet), Amber malt-like crispy, breadcrust like features. Wheat is less straight forward. Taste is full, toasty, caramelly, banana, crisp and fresh, breadcrust. Man, i actually enjoy this way more than I thought I would, not being a particular fan of hefeweize. Still not a favorite beer of mine, this one, but certainkly a lot more to my liking than I had thought. The caramelly, breadcrust, ambermalty crisp really ligts it up, though the beer remains quite sweet and ester heavy.

Swingtop bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear yellow, a bit to the pale side with a lacing, white head. Almost a decent Lager aroma with a hint of malt and sulphur. Thin and watery, but aromatic noble hops and very discreet wort accents. Very subdued bitterness. 120725

Old rating - Pours a deep brown with a creme head that leaves lacings. Aromas of caramel malt. Tastes sweet caramel malt, fig, prune and hints of the alcohol. Full bodied with medium carbonation. Not an easy one to consume, but one to sip. A grower.

500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a tall white head. Aroma is spicy hop, grass, malt. Taste is dry, spicy hop, grain. Light to medium bitter finish. Light bodied.

A hazy bright golden yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of fresh juicy lemonade, lime, some grapefruit, Taste is the same, very refreshing.
