Draught@Black Door, Helsinki. Golden colour with a minor white head. Aroma is funk, some green apples, sugary apples and mild nutty tones. flavour is slightly acidic and tart apples with some mild sweetness, nutty tones as well as some wooden tones.

Bottle shared at home. Clear dark amber with no head. Sweet concentrated applejuice, apple and pear peels, almonds, caramelised apples, wood, concentrated tannins. Big sweet and light bitter. Close to a fruit/nutty liquor. Big sweet and massive dry tannic finish.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro at his birthday. Clear brownish with no head. Caramelized apples, light earthy, light juicy, oak, funk, soft alcohol, sugary, light sherry, light herbal. Quite sweet, but also quite some tannic bitterness. Very light sour. Full bodied with no carbonation and quite dry tannic finish.

Bottle shared at home. Dark golden juice with no head. Sweet apples. Sweet yellow and green apples, light cinnamon, soft woodiness, bit Pommeau like aroma, but lighter off coursr, bit of cork, crispy tart in the finish. Quite rich sweet and juicy. Medium body and low carbonation.
