Description
We brew cask and bottle Conditioned beers. Dedicated to brewing the best possible craft beer. Our range is as small as our brewery. Fine bitters, wonderful stouts, light summer beers and the occasional speciality.

Our beers are available in pubs and good shops throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and parts of Cambridgeshire. We are a small microbrewery and do not compromise quality for quantity.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate with a strange, for it’s abv, mild viscosity. Fine minerally carbonation. Dry pale malt. Smoke! Fairly prominent smoke which I was not expecting. Very tangy orange, bordering on sour. Dry finish. A thoroughly odd beer which is not for me at all.

Rewelacyjne ciemne czarne piwo z drozdzami. Piana kremowa, spora i trwala. W smaku lekko slodkawe, jak pudding, gorzka czekolada. Finisz troche gozkawy i wytrawny. Bardzo tresciwe mild Ale, chyba jedno z lepszych jakie kosztowalem. Ladna etykieta, ale najwazniejsze ze piwo super smakowalo i zrobilo na mnie bardzo dobre wrazenie. Polecam.

500ml bottle at home, I think Beers of Europe. Clear pale gold pour, decent white head. Subtle aromas, but hay and lemon evident. Biscuit on the taste. Citrus bitter finish. Refreshing and good.

Cask/GD at the 14th Egham Beer Festival at the EUSC, 28/03/13. Mid black with a good sized tan head that retains well. Nose is dark malt, light roast, dark fruit, caramel. Taste comprises dark malt, brown sugar, dark toffee, light chocolate, burnt notes. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, dry finish with light burnt tones. A decent enough strong mild.

Cask gravity at 4th Chappel Winter Beer Festival. Dark ruby brown, quite high in carbonattion for a cask mild, mild caramel chocolate aroma. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Memorable Cheeses, Ipswich. Poured out rather flat, minimal/no head and relatively unatractive. More enjoyable to drink, and certainly in keeping with the style it emulates.
