Description
We brew cask and bottle Conditioned beers. Dedicated to brewing the best possible craft beer. Our range is as small as our brewery. Fine bitters, wonderful stouts, light summer beers and the occasional speciality.

Our beers are available in pubs and good shops throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and parts of Cambridgeshire. We are a small microbrewery and do not compromise quality for quantity.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Golden with a small white head. Fruity apple aroma with clean malty notes. Dry and fruity flavour with a grainy touch

Bottle at Leighton’s Aug 11 tasting. It pours darkest brown, with a thin beige head. The nose is caramel, liquorice, treacle and dark chocolate. The taste is dark chocolate, salted liquorice, pepper, roasted malt, cardboard, caramel, toast and some decent bitterness, with a dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. Very drinkable stuff.

Bottle at a tasting. Pours amber brown with a creamy, tan head. Cocoa, mild roast aroma, some burnt wood. Light sweet flavor, semi-dark roast, subtle fruits and cocoa. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mild dry finish, some roasty malts. Slightly bland overall but very drinkable.

cask at gbbf 2011 ... golden amber ... thin white lacing ... soft sweet orange fruit nose ... sofr fruits ... ligth and sweet hop ... again a little dull

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with a off white head. Lemon, citrus and hay. Smooth. Ends dry.

Bottle @ Chris O’s. Thanks guys. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Grain and hay. Dry with a bit of sulfur. Thin body.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, grain - caramel, light moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110731]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, sweet malts, some earth and mild toasted notes. Flavour is wood, toasted notes as well as some mild herbal notes.

Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, mild earth and some slight bready notes. Flavour is fruits, some floral notes, mild honey and some slight sweet maltyness.
