Very active foamy white head left a froth on an unclear amber coloured body. Bitter aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & cloying. Bitterly hopped, biscuit, citrus & grapefruit tastes with a long tangy finish. That's decent.

Bottle. Branthill Farm Shop. Pretty much black with a slim firm sticky tan foam. Looks well. Char and burnt ends. Bit of cocoa rich chocolate. Bit of treacle. Doesn’t shout the hops but it’s decently fruity and oily. Nicely bittersweet and clean and easy. Lengthy bitterness to finish. Tasty gear.

Bottle. Branthill Farm Real Ale Shop. In perfect nick this one, unlike the previous ones on here, by the looks. Hazed gold with a sturdy white foam. Creamy malts. Light crisp citrus hop. Hint of toffee. Light yeasty notes. Feels crisp and clean with plenty of flavour for the ABV. Clean finish. Nice. I do like a beer brewed with this malt, it seems.

330ml bottle; BB 7th January 2023. Poured into a vase shaped UK pint glass at home on 19th February 2023, over a month after it's BBD. Cloudy looking dull amber body, beige topping of loose bubbles. Harsh hop bitterness on a tiny base of maltiness, it's very bitter in my eyes.
