Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours mostly clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a frothy white head that settles down quickly. Overall, this is highly drinkable stuff. Has nice dry saison yeast, crispy wheat flakes, straw, biscuits, dried lemon peel. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Finishes with nice dry sourdough notes, more wheat bread, softly bitter straw, impressions of citrus. Given the ABV, this is super. Could drink tubs of this after a long day in the fields.

Bottle from Cromer Farm & Health Shop. Crisp clean and spicy with some Weetabix and a twist of lime but hints of manure rather let it down.
