Bottle, from trade with maria. A clear, golden to copper pour topped by a diminishing off-white head. The aroma is on the fruity side, with apples being the dominant fruit, but there’s also some sweet malty notes. Fruity-sweet, almost syrupy flavor with pears and apples, a little tropical fruits and a tiny hoppy bitterness. Some alcohol too. Full body, and a malty finish, sweet and fruity, low on bitterness, but still quite dry. A quite nice beer, but a bit on the syrupy-sweet side for my likings. (080716)

Bottle, thx to Maria. A clear, golden beer with a small, diminishing white head. Quite fruity, yellow apples and pears, with a touch of tropical fruitss, some pale malt and a sweetish matlyness. Surprisingly sweet flavor, with tropical fruits, yellow apples and a nice bitterness. Quite fizzy in the mouth, sweet and bitter finish, but on the sweet side. A quite drinkable beer, but tad too sweet maybe. (080716)

Draught at Annafest, Forchheim. Probably amber coloured, small head. Salty fruity nose. Medium sweet and medium bodied. Well structured malt with some caramel and peculiar apricot. Candied apples appear in a finish with low bitterness.

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria. Pours clear and deep golden orange with a lacing white head. Light metallic but also dry spiced breadish aroma. Flavour is mild spiced, smooth caramel malt and a more breadish dry and somewhat spiced malt/hops mix before and into the finish. Goes gradually more bitter.

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria - a gusher - the bottle I mean. Pours hazy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Fruity ester aroma, towards orange fruit. Flavour is sweet fruity at first, hold a mild bitterness lurking trough. Turning towards a more dry finish. Bitter into the far finish - light yeasty spiced too.

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria. Pours clear and golden orange with an off-white and creamy head. Mild biscuite and caramel malt aroma. Sweet initial flavour with a good portion of caramel and only a vague cornish note. More malty than bitter. Smooth and malty finish, again with only a vague bitterness into the far finish.
