Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, smaller creamy lacing head, clumps of yeast visible; sweet nose: (mainly) bananas and lemons, cloves in the backyard; sweetish flavour with a very light fruity acidity, medium bodied, quite creamy mouthfeel; sweet-sourish fruity finish with a faint tartnee in the aftertaste. Well balanced, refreshing Weizen !

Bottle (bought at the brewery-tap): Amber coloured, thin fluffy white head, that quickly diminishes; bread, sour dough, toasted malt in the nose; slightly bitter and sweet flavour, light bodied, low carbonation; short malty (almost toasted), drier finish. Not bad, but a bit odd....Quite O.K.

Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, medium sized fluffy head, slowly diminishing; faint caramelly aroma with a tinge of alcohol; quite full bodied, sweetish flavour; short, sweet caramelly and brandy-like finish with very little bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad, but there are better Bocks in beautiful Franconia,,,,,,,

Bottle (0.33cl): Amber to orangey coloured, big, firm, lacing and lasting off-white head; barnyard smell in the beginning, but then follows a mix of fruit and malts, honey , caramel and floral hops also; malt accented start with honeyed fruitiness, becoming drier; moderate bitter-sweet taste with some tart fruitiness; distinctive dryish hoppy aftertaste; quite full-bodied, prettily balanced. Fine brew !

The "Hell-Export" is a pale, full-bodied brew; in the beginning a bit sweetish, with a strong fruity finish - easy to drink, hard to stop with....
