An unclear dark yellow with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with a light banana notes. The flavor is sweet, yet lightly acidic wheaty with notes of citrus and light notes of banana. A very refresing taste - I think it’ll be good on a hot summer day - a lot better than on a chilly November day.

(bottle) Slightly hazy light brown colour with a short off-white head. Sweet toast-malty aroma with toffee, also nutty with a touch of lemon zest and cacao. Medium-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Malt-accented, toaste taste with caramel, toffee and fruity elements, rather dry, slightly peppery spicy and hoppy finish. Fine and balanced.

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Mild herbal hoppiness in the sweet, bready, fruity (almost liquorice) nose (typical for Hebendanz); golden coloured, small lacing head; mild bitter-sweet flavour, soft MF; short, bready-bitter, quite dry finish. A typical Hebendanz..............

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Deep golden to light amber coloured, thin, but stable lacing white head; distinctive, but rather light hoppiness in the faint malty, fruity and a bit metallic aroma; delicate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; soft creamy MF; light caramelly, malty and also bitter finish. Not bad, but nothing special......Jubilee, eh?
