Description
We have always been driven to craft the best beer we can, and (in our opinion) the true challenge, consistency. Constant innovation is exciting and engaging, but consistent core beers that you can always depend on, is a challenge that equally drives us.

Our approach to beer development is different than most. We outline the desired finished product, it’s appearance, aroma, mouthfeel and then reverse engineer the ingredients and processes to get our desired final product. Knowing and understanding not just individual ingredients characteristics, but how they interact with each other make this possible.

Golden with a white head. Lemon and citrus hop aroma and slightly sweet. Flavor is much like the aroma with clean citrus hops. Dry, crisp finish. Full flavored pils, with that "American" hop profile. Very good.

On cask at Washington Brewers Cask Festival, pours black with a small tan head. Nose is exactly what you'd expect: bretty funk on top of roasted malt. Flavour is a massive brett bomb, with loads of funk, on top of a heavy malty backbone that isn't really prominent. A dark brett bomb. Unique beer - quite nice.

Had this at a coffee shop in Puyallup. Come for the coffee, stay for the beer. Medium brown. Orange/mint/chocolate aroma. Sweetish, porterish character that only gets woody towards the finish. Lots of chocolate, and a fairly understated bitterness. Different, fun example.

Can from Malt & Vine. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of pale malt and mild citrus. Med body or nearly. Flavor matches aroma; it’s some what bitter, and it’s clean no wheaty/grainy aspects. Drinks nice, finishing more bitter than not.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a hazy dark amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, weed, and just enough biscuity malt. Flavour reveals loads of fruity notes, resinous hops, and bready caramel malts. Well-balanced, though a little harsh on the finish. Very good stuff.

Draft - Orange and light resin. Clearish copper with a beige head. Nice orange and boozy notes. OK, but a bit hot.

Tap at Anthony’s at SeaTac. Pours Amber brown with a beige head. Malty aroma. Med body. Malty flavor; minimal hop. But it’s surprisingly tolerable. Not bad in fact

Draught at Taphouse Grille, Seattle
Amber color, clean. Resiny hops aroma, some caramel flavor, lean mouthfeel, strong ending bitterness, with light hop resins and light fruitiness. Pleasant.

Sampled at the winter beer festival, then got a growler a week later. Great stuff. Pours a near black with a thin tan head. Chili pepper heat dominant aroma, and i good one at that. I love the pepper presence here. It doesn’t bother me that it may be a bit overpowering. Really nice roasted malt finish. Pepper kick lingers for a long time. This type of beer scares people away, but I loved it.

Draft pour at Malt and Vine. Pours a fizzy copper color with a lasting head. Really nice fresh hops aroma. Rich caramel flavor with a hop presence you can’t miss. High in carb. Easy finish. Solid fresh hop here.
