Bottle from Schneider's Getränke-Welt, Saarlouis. Hazy brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel, yeasty and banana. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 220725

Pours slightly hazy , medium dark blonde. Medium sized, creamy, white head . Stable. Scent is typical weisse-banana esters. Cloves mildly present underneath. Taste is full, relatively bitter. Fresh, with banana yeast outspoken, though not as overpowering and exhausting as feared. Crsip wheat grainyness. Sweet, obviously, but not too much so. Cloves remain mild but present. Medium high carbo. Nothing super unique, but a more than correct weisse, thats better than the average (more crisp, less exhausting) and quite balanced. For those who like the style (more than I do) this would be a great one to have.

Tap at Maximilans, Berlin, Germany. Pours hazy golden brown with a medium head. Aroma is banana, toffee, clove and light smoke. Taste has light smoke, toffee and banana.

Bottle at Hopa. Deep golden, white head. Nose is big banana, fruity-flowery yeasty touch, malty kick. So is the taste with a long, sweet finish. Perhaps a tad too light body, but nice nevertheless.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before August 2025. Very hazy, orangeish amber with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral aroma of banana, pear, honeydew, clove and some honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of banana, grains, pear, honeydew, clove and hints of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Good Weizen, nicely fruity and thick.

Hazy yellow piur, big frothy white head. Typical aroma of banana, cloves and bubblegum, with some strong yeasty, wheaty esters. Good mouth feel, good carb. Finish is low on the bitterness scale with a solid clovy, banana finish. Superb example lf the style, wonderful summer quaff.

Farblich geht das gerade noch so als heller Weizenbock durch. Schön cremiger Schaum. Karamell und Marzipan in der Nase. Geschmacklich haben wir vergorene und frische Früchte, Malz und auch der Alkohol spielt eine wichtige Rolle. Karamell und Marzipan sind noch in Nuancen vorhanden. Sehr schön weich.
