Bottle. Murky deep golden. Orange peel, spices. Taste is a bit perfume, soapy mouthfeel, nice hoppy fruity spices.

Hopf Weißer Bock, Flasche von Ambrosetti. - Trübes Goldbraun, schöner Schaum. - In der Nase sortentypisch fettes Weizenmalz, Sahnebonbon, auch Banane und Nelke samt wärmendem Alkohol, aber auch süße Mango und herbe Zitrusfrucht oder besser Orangeat. - Antrunk füllig weizenmalzig-karamelsüß mit frischer obwohl süßer Zitrusfrucht (Orangenbonbon), Aprikosenkonfitüre, dezenter Banane und Nelke und leichter grasiger Herbe, verbunden durch dezente Hefe. Milder rezent, zart wärmender Alkohol. Im Abgang leise Anklänge an Orangenlikör und befriedigende wenn auch sortentypisch milde Hopfung. - Sehr schöner, runder Weizenbock, frischer als viele und angenehm orangenfruchtig-herb. 5,5% ABV. Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

500ml bottle [at 5.5% abv]. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally bready, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana and clove, a touch of overripe pear, whiffs of nutmeg. Taste is wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy, slightly dry and mildly bitter hoppy, hints of banana, pear, a touch of apricot, some clove in the last third. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy carbonation. Nice, yeasty flavours with more aspects than solely banana and clove, very good mouthfeel - clearly above average Hefeweizen.

500ml bottle. Hazy, orange, bright, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, dense, fluffy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity and mildly yeasty spicy aroma, minimally bready, wheaty malty background, hints of apricot, mirabelle, peach, banana, clove, a touch of nutmeg, whiffs of lime and lemon. Taste is wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally diluted hints of apricot, mirabelle, peach, some pear, a touch of banana, clove, a weaker touch of nutmeg, citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice fruity flavours, not banana dominated, drinkable and refreshing - good.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Tuesday 4th July 2023 listening to Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant on 6Music after a very nice Thai Pork Stir Fry with Noodles. Pours hazy dark gold/light amber with a white head, soft mouthfeel, a little wheaty from the off, amazed that this is 6%, very easy drinking and as expected from these guys it ticks all the Weisse bier characteristics. Nice and I believe that this is my 2,000 Bayern bier. Actually there is a banana kick that I am getting.
