1/8/2026. Bottle shared by LazyPyro, cheers Chris! Good pour. Not your typical pils, Mills do pils their way and make a good job of it. Funky, citrus, vinous, yeasty. Some nice tartness. Enjoyable.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 29/07/2026.
Almost clear golden to amber with a just off white cap that thins to a spiders web swirl.
Nose is stewed fruits, modest funk, vinous tones, damp oak.
Taste comprises wood must, damp oak, stewed fruits, hedgerow, tired vanilla.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp edge.
Solid flavoursome affair.

750 ml bottle. Some whisky-like vanilla, white wine, apples in the nose. Hazy orange with a burst of bubbles at first then lace. Quite sour, tangy, whisky notes, green apple, grapefruit, lots of minerals, some old leather. Great stuff.

Bottle via the online shop. Misted light amber. Thin lasting white foam. This is like a very young gueuze. Wheaty and woody with a soft sourness that doesn’t quite mask a sweet, not been in oak long enough, wheaty character. The Mills bugs are there, but there’s too few. It’s pleasant enough but it’s pulling no trees up. Maybe it’ll have a transformation in the bottle. Be interesting to find out.

Pours a medium colored blodne. Medium large white, fairly fast fading head. Scent is funky from a distant, intensifying up close, with the addition of a high minerality, some complex grainy base. No wood (don't know if this is oak aged, but sour ales always give me that assumption, though far from all are,e specially outside BE) . Taste is sharp, pushed by a very high (too high for me) carbo, acidic and bone dry (aided by the saltyness -which remains mild in intensity but definately gives this one a push) citrussy acidity (quite high, could have enjoyed this more if it were tweaked down just a notch) . Enjoyable, but wouldn't go out of my way to find this (again) .
