330ml bottle. Murky dark brown with a big beige head. Aroma of dark malts and tangy fruits. Taste features more tangy fruitiness, dark malts, leather, oak, light sourness. Medium bodied, high-ish carbonation.
Wow. What a great beer. Mixed ferm stuff generally isn't my cup of tea, but this is so good. Seriously good stuff.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed gold. Good solid white foam. Barrels coming good here. White (I’m guessing) Burgundy with light bourbon notes. Sweet and tangy in equal measure. Bright and breezy saison yeast character. Cut wood. Boss. Taste is semi dry with a soft woody grainy sweetness. That long boil hop thing is pronounced too. Nice bitterness throughout. Unreal this is only 4.5%. Mill’s rinsing the barrels for all they’re worth. Fantastic.

Bottle. Mills online. Very gueuze like. Juicy. Lots of barrel. Lots of hop. Drinks super easy and clean. Class affair. Done 2 bottles in as many days.

Bottle. Mills online. Hazed pale-ish copper colour. Thick noisy head settles to a nicely dense even pale ginger foam. There is a whiff of the maple syrup addition first up. Oak. Soft bretty funk. Wet leather. Background bready grain. Touch of orange peel and soft (festive, for some reason) spice. Taste is lightly tart with a well balanced sweetness. Super juicy throughout with brisk foamy carbonation. Light twang of citrus bitterness. Juicy bittersweet finish. Gloriously easy drinking.

Bottle via the online shop. Light haze on a glowing gold. Solid foamy lasting white foam. Nose has tangy wheat. Cut oak. Grassy citrus hop. Fair amount of funk. Taste is quite tart and tangy. Some hop leaf bitterness. Drinks well at the 6.5 although the carbonation as it stands is way too high. Tart hoppy finish. I feel like this and the Cherry Reds that have just been released have a way to go before they’re spot on.

Bottle online from the source. Pours mildly hazed orange gold wityh the usual ample Mills white froth. Funky/musty nose. Spritzy. Super clean. Mid tartness. Sour lemon, crab apple vibes. Quite geuze-y but maybe a tad sweeter.

Bottle via the online shop. Not too lively a pour. Sits hazed copper red with a slim ring of just off white foam. Nose has oaky old school wine. Like it’s been in the glass overnight. Vanilla and cherry juice. Nicely buggy. Taste is pretty sweet and fruity up front with a light tart juicy character. Drinks easy overall although the condition could be livelier. This feels a tad flat and lifeless. Maybe it’ll spruce itself up. Juicy fruity vinous finish.

Bottle at home from RAD. Golden colour with thick whitehead. Aroma and taste are buicuity and fruity slight sour. Rich body.
