[ As Mills / Olivers Cider Foxbic ].Murky matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is barnyard, leather, tart, apple, citrus, minerals, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, citrus, apple, funky, wood. 75cl bottle from Tom Oliver. Pours a generally clear gold with the lightest mist, minimal remaining head. Aroma has some pleasantly light wild floral funk. Taste presents a fruity floral wild yeast character, not overly sour or sharp, but enough wild elements to keep it bristlingly tart. Some apple juice echoes. Very good.

Bottle at Partizan. Thanks to Fergus. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white. The aroma is rich, fresh, funky, musty, white grape, gooseberry, green apple, barnyard and oak. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, bitter, shebert, lemon sherbet, musty, funny, hay, spice, gooseberry, barnyard, tannin, chamonmile tea and oak with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Well rounded with great depth. Exceptional.
