On tap at Craft Pours House in Beaverton. Pours a pitch black color with a small white head. A light smoky nose, dark fruit, coffee. Big hazelnut, coffee, dark sweet fruit, vanilla. Quite nice. Not much barrel. Solid brew, very good.

Bottle from Belmont Station. Pours translucent gold with white bubbles. Aroma is sour and woodish. Approaching med body. Flavor is sourish, woody, touch of grape - which is quickly erased by the wood and bacterial aspects. Very dry. Quite a decent wild thing.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Mostly clear pale yellow color with an active fizz head. Corny grain aroma. I like a good Mexican lager for a completely different reason than why I like other beers. It’s good based on one characteristic. Refreshment. They never taste like anything to me, which might be the point. If it can cut the extreme spice that I enjoy in Mexican food, than the rating is good. Unfortunately we never see craft Mexican lagers in the restaurants. I can’t properly rate this on my criteria. I feel like about 4 of these would do the trick, and go down easily. I guess its good. Tough style to rate.

Cloudy brown color. Swamp water, stale, with low character. Not very good.

Golden color, clean, with no head. Some aroma of apple cider, funky, in the flavor too, and no cherries, but it’s a good tart beer.
Nice.

Brown color small head. A bit ashy, roasty, expected brown beer, not bad.

Cloudy golden color. It blends very well the sweet lean malt with the citrusy hops. Fresh and zesty, not too heavy. This is class.

Hazy blond color. A bit sweet, bit also the hop character is very strong, with a fruity, animal and resiny component.
Very nice "one and half" IPA.

Hazy golden color. Pure Mosaic pleasure, fruity, zesty, with lean mouthfeel. And light animal touch.
This is a joyful fresh modern IPA.
Excellent.
