Draft pour pint at the Collective. Pours a cloudy pale golden color with a fading head. Huge grapefruit presence here. Citrus aroma. Grapefruit flavor with a mixed fruit finish. I love a session IPA that stays away from high bitter. Delicious beer here.

Bottle - Slight soapy and nice berry notes. Nice clear red with a bi of a white head. Light tartness, touch of berry and a bit of a lacto finish. Different for sure, but nice and easy drinking.

Dark brown color, almost no head. Food body strength, some residual sweetness; the caramel flavor, the rye character and the boozy acidity from the barrel get along together like three girls with the same dress at a party. Nothing else noteworthy.

Reddish dark amber color. Light aroma of nutty malts. Lean, with prominent caramel flavor, disturbing burnt nuts, very light diacetyl, annoying pithy bitterness in the final.
Flawed, too ashy, not very pleasant.

Dark brown color, close to black, with beige head. Not too dry, but definitively they had a heavy hand with roasty ashy malts; and it’s wisely spiked with diacetyl; nuts, dark caramel, blah blah.

Black color with beige creamy head. At first I’m glad to see a higher gravity Porter. But then…
Aroma of burnt malt. Dry mouthfeel, more ashy malts flavor, resiny hops get covered by the ashes, and metallic finish.

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is lightly fruity, but it also has dirty stale water, very light acetic acid. The flavor is sweetish, then there is the spicy character from the rye, mild sourness, strong vegetable character (cabbage), and disturbing bitterness in the final.

Cloudy orange-red color. The aroma is not bad, some lemon, but too mild. Dry in the front, overly carbonated, timid sourish fruits over a poor beer, ending with feeling of vegetables and some more sweetness. Could be anything, why Saison?
