Rhine river trip 2025. Hazy gold in color with a two-finger head. Aroma definitely leans to the hoppy side. Taste also leans to the hoppy side but has more of a malty side.

I was personally disappointed about this beer, the mainest problem is the aftetaste of burnt mango, sweet, in my case it was unpleasant. 19.03.2017

Rate 3.6, buying it at one edeka, at Endingen am Kaiserstuhl, in august 2024. Best before 01/25, opening this bottle with a nice and traditional picture, on saturday, at home, so tired, coming from les Vernets. Typical well balanced pils, smooth, bitter, malty, medium body, subtle German bitterness, perfect after a full day with the competition of my daughter in Geneva, on saturday.

Bottle at the weird bierfestival in Rastatt. I thought it was a sub par helles, turns out it's actually an even worse IPL? Sweet mess, not particularly pleasant.

Bottle at home, 2 months past the BBD. Semmi hazy golden pour with a white head. Nose is hay sweeetness and yeast touches, some toasted malts. Flavor is sweet malts upfront, bread and hay show but then from the mid palate on it's got soem nice bitterness for balance, light herbal notes too, closing with a pleasantly dry and moreish finish. Not bad

A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, mild floral and spicy hops. Taste of pale malt, grains, spicy bitter hops. Easy to drink.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Clean, malty sweet nose. Medium body, clean, sweet malts with a subdued bitterness. Nothing fancy but just how a Helles should be. 150225

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is malt (in between pale malt and the darker variety), bread, banana, spicy yeast, clove, ripe fruit. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a light bitterness. A hint of wheaty sourness. Body is medium. Pleasant, with some fairly chewy bready malts.
